SCS modems with a current firmware version are capable of PACTOR III.  After purchasing a PACTOR III upgrade, you will receive an unlock code to enable PACTOR III operation with your modem.  This applies to all PTC-IIpro, PTC-IIex, PTC-Ile and nearly all PTC-II's.

You must include with your order the SERIAL NUMBER that is below the bar code on your modem.

If you do not have a serial number and bar code label on your modem, please contact Farallon for instructions on how to enable your modem for PACTOR III.  This applies to all PTC-II's and early PTC-IIe's.
