Product Description
The 2NM Tri-Color/ Anchor light is used for sail boats (under sail only) for vessels under 20 meters (65 feet) in length.
The light provides constant brightness over the full operating range of 10 to 30 volts. This insures the light will meet or exceed the visibility requirements as the battery voltage drops from use.
The Tri-Color light has a clear window on top of the light that allows the stern light to shine up-ward to illuminate the wind vane for night sailing.
The Tri-color light must be turned off while being propelled by machinery. Do not use both the Tri-Color and deck running lights at the same time.
This light has an automatic photocell for auto switching between day and night time modes.
For inspected vessels over 20 meters, U.S.C.G. requires Underwriters Laboratories Standard UL 1104 certification. Signal Mate commercial UL 1104 Certified lights.

Shipping
Farallon Electronics ships orders throughout the United States using reputable carriers selected based on the size, value, and destination of each shipment.
Shipping in the United States is free on orders over $100
International Orders of all prices will require a shipping fee, sent as an invoice to you after purchase
Order Processing
• In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Special-order, backordered, or manufacturer-direct items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times will be communicated when available.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Terms
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or refused deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
• If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact Farallon Electronics within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the claim process.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the following policy applies.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the item:
• Is unused and uninstalled.
• Remains in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging.
• Includes all original accessories, documentation, packaging materials, and protective coverings.
• Is in new, resalable condition.
Products that have been opened, installed, programmed, registered, modified, damaged, or show any signs of use—including cut wires, mounting marks, adhesive residue, missing components, or altered packaging—are not eligible for return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Farallon Electronics before any item is returned.
Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Restocking Fee & Refunds
Approved returns are subject to:
• A 15% restocking fee.
• Deduction of the original outbound shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable).
• Deduction of any return shipping costs incurred by Farallon Electronics.
If free shipping was included with your order, Farallon Electronics reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Special-order or custom-order products.
• Software, licenses, firmware activation codes, or digital products.
• Cut cable, wire, rope, heat shrink, or other custom-length materials.
• Custom-built assemblies, fabricated products, or configured systems.
• Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items.
• Products that have been opened, installed, programmed, registered, modified, or otherwise cannot be resold as new.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any shortages, incorrect items, or shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment will generally receive a full refund unless the order contains special-order, custom-order, or non-cancelable items.
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to this Returns Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Farallon Electronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, haul-out fees, vessel downtime, travel expenses, loss of use, or any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Right to Refuse Returns
Farallon Electronics reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or that arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, improper handling, or shipping damage occurring during return transit.
